Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

All payments made to Founders First Consulting are for consultation, documentation, and facilitation services.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Fees are non-refundable in the following cases:

•Work has already been initiated
•Documents have been submitted to authorities
•Delay or rejection due to government processes
•Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
•Change of mind after service initiation

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

•Service has not been initiated
•Duplicate payment made
•Company is unable to start the service

4. Government Fees

Government fees, taxes, and third-party charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

•Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email
•Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible

7. Discretion

All refunds are subject to management approval and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
