Refund Policy
1. Nature of Services
All payments made to Founders First Consulting are for consultation, documentation, and facilitation services.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Fees are non-refundable in the following cases:
- •Work has already been initiated
- •Documents have been submitted to authorities
- •Delay or rejection due to government processes
- •Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- •Change of mind after service initiation
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- •Service has not been initiated
- •Duplicate payment made
- •Company is unable to start the service
4. Government Fees
Government fees, taxes, and third-party charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation Policy
- •Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email
- •Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible
7. Discretion
All refunds are subject to management approval and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
